We have automatic CNC machining centres for milling, drilling and turning processes, ideal for managing any type of metal material in both small and large production batches.

Emmegi Phantomatic machining centre with 3 controlled axes with automatic tool rotation, ideal for machining bars or pieces in aluminium and light alloys. The working field allow us to work with pieces up to 2400mm, which can also be expanded to 4800mm with piece repositioning.

The DMTG VDL 1300 vertical axis machining centre with a 1300×560 3-axis worktable allows us to manage heavy and precision machining at maximum productivity. Thanks to this technology we can achieve a variety of operations in a single configuration, such as turning, milling, reaming, drilling, countersinking and tapping.

A spindle speed up to 10,000 RPM and a storage capacity of 24 interchangeable tools in a 6/8 sec time span, allow us to work with a high level of flexibility and a high degree of accuracy, which are essential in the furniture industry.
